What's a brief chat session?

It is a quick call for us to determine if we are the right fit for each other. The best therapeutic work happens when both parties feel comfortable.

​What can I expect in my first session?

​

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll explore what’s brought you to counselling, your goals, and how I can best support you moving forward.

How are sessions conducted?

​

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, the individual link is shared at least 24 hours prior to the session. 

​

How frequently do you offer sessions?

​

I can offer weekly sessions if needed, this can be discussed in the initial session and can vary on a case by case basis. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?​

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 100% cancellation fee. This allows me to offer the time to someone else in need.​​​

​

Do I need a referral from a GP?

​

No referral is necessary. You can book directly on our website.

When are you available?

I am available for telehealth appointments:

 

Thursday 6 - 9pm

Friday 12pm - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 12pm

Sunday 12 - 5pm
